Waicoco- Ka’anapali dinner by the sea

When I first entered this beautiful restaurant, I could tell there was a pride in the air about it that I could not put my finger on, but that was very apparent. Chatting with my waiter about life on Maui, local happenings, the gorgeous weather, and her favorite dishes on the menu created an ambiance that I simply could not get enough of.

She recommended the house rolls with warm butter, some delicious appetizers, and the rich decadent chocolate cake with local vanilla ice cream. I trusted her judgement, and am so pleased I decided to go with her suggestions; the meat was cooked to perfection, the cake was the softest and richest I have ever had, and the ice cream was the creamiest that has ever touched my taste buds.

Not only was the food amazing, but the space was gorgeous! The teal and beachside accents made me feel like I wanted to replicate it in my own living space; while the views of the beach during sunset and candle lit tables created a warm welcoming space that I could have stayed at for hours.
